The Scottish Crannog Centre is an independent organisation acting as the trading company for the Scottish Trust for Underwater Archaeology (STUA, registered charity number SC018418). Any profits generated from the Centre are donated to STUA. Neither organisation receives fixed funding.
Funding is essential for any new developments at the Centre including enhancement of the exhibition area and the expansion of educational and events programmes. It is also essential to help STUA to update equipment and to carry out training, research projects and the preservation of artefacts.
