Midsummer Music in the Crannog

Thursday 21st June 2018
7 p.m. until late

The magical, atmospheric Crannog is the only place to be on Midsummer's Night.

Don't miss this fabulous opportunity to listen to acoustic music around the log fire in the iconic roundhouse.

Unfortunately, we have had to substitute one of our acts last minute as Ruth Mackay was unable to join us.  However, we have managed to secure 2 members of the local group Tarmachan!

Line-up:

Mad Ferret Live5Tarmachan - 2 members of the group will join us with Scottish folk music played on accordion and guitar accompanied by vocals.

The Mad Ferret Band - traditional and contemporary folk music

Plus, prehistoric musical instrument-making workshop.

Bring your own acoustic instrument for an open-mic session in the exhibition area of the Centre.

Gaelic singing workshops throughout the evening with Rena Gertz.

Bar open throughout the evening for the purchase of drinks and snacks.

We now only have a few tickets left - please call 01887 830583 to book!
