Volunteers

The Scottish Crannog Centre and the Scottish Trust for Underwater Archaeology are both small organisations. Volunteers are welcome to help with a wide range of projects from helping with events-just an extra pair of hands makes a real difference! - to computer and filing assistance; also harvesting materials and guiding visitors to carrying out archaeological experiments, research, and fieldwork both above and below water. If you have time to spare, why not get involved? We cannot pay travel or subsistence costs, but we do provide all necessary training.

Current Volunteering Opportunities

2009: We have had many enquiries so we are developing an application system to make the most of volunteers' expertise and availability. If you have a few hours or more to share, please contact us on info@crannog.co.uk or tel. +44(0)1887830583.

Other ways to help us...

All contributions, no matter how small, are welcome and put to very good use. There are various ways to show your support:
